Das MP-SPR Navi™ 220A NAALI (benannt nach dem finnischen Tundrafuchs) bringt die Möglichkeiten der MP-SPR in den Hochdurchsatz. Mit der automatischen Probenzuführung aus 96well- oder 384well-Platten lassen sich Umfangreiche Versuchsreihen auch über Nacht abarbeiten.
Dieser Durchsatz steht für biomolekulare Interaktionsanalysen bereit, mit den bis zu vier Wellenlängen und der integrierten Entgasung eignet sich das NAALI aber auch für die hochsensitive Schichtungsanalytik in hohen Durchsätzen.
Wie bei allen MP-SPR Navi Instrumenten steht auch hier die ganze Palette an Flusszellen und die unterschiedlichen Softwaremodule zur Verfügung .

Real-time and label-free Multi-Parametric Surface Plasmon Resonance (MP-SPR) is based on a true goniometric SPR arrangement with a rotating detector. Exceptionally wide angular range 40-78 ̊ is measured, real angular resolution 0.001 ̊. |
